Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your order after it has been placed because we strive for fast processing. If you would like to add or change something to your order, we recommend that you contact us. our customer service.
Absolutely! ☺️ You can personalise selected products with your child's name or a short quote. This option appears on the product page of each item that offers embroidery. Here you can enter the desired name, colour and font for the embroidery, making the gift extra special and adding a personal touch.
We offer an assembly service. ☺️ The cost per piece of furniture is automatically determined based on the type of furniture and the travel costs, which are based on where you live. You can simulate these costs during checkout.

There are several delivery options available:
- Collection from our shop in Nazareth: You can choose to collect your order from our shop in Nazareth.
- Home delivery: We can send your order directly to your home address.
- Delivery to a collection point: If you prefer to collect your order from a collection point, we also offer this option.
- Shipping by partner: In some cases, we may collaborate with partners to ship your order, depending on availability and conditions.
At checkout, you can select your preferred shipping method based on your preferences and convenience. ☺️
Within Belgium and the Netherlands:
- Free shipping on standard items for orders over £99.
- Orders under £99 or partner items show the shipping costs at checkout.
For shipments outside Belgium and the Netherlands:
- The shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout.
We ship standard items to Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Sweden. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Items that fall outside the standard format or partner items are only delivered within Belgium.
Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours on working days once all items are in stock.
- Partial stock: Available items will be dispatched immediately; the rest will follow in a subsequent delivery as soon as they become available. The expected delivery time is stated on the order confirmation.
- Out of stock: The expected delivery time will be stated on the order confirmation. We will dispatch the order as soon as we receive the goods.
Certainly! Once you have received a track & trace code from us via email, you can enter it below. This will allow you to immediately see where your order is. 😊

Yes, you certainly can! You can collect your order free of charge from our shop in Nazareth (Steenweg Deinze 33, 9810 Nazareth). ☺️
Please note that partner items cannot be collected. Furthermore, it is not possible to collect webshop orders from the shops in Hasselt or Brussels.

You have 14 days after receipt of the items to return them.
Terms and conditions
- Ensure that the items are unused and in their original packaging. In the case of clothing, the label must still be attached to the garment.
- Personalised or customised products, food, and care products cannot be returned.
Purchases in the shop
- When returning an item, you will always receive a voucher. You can use this voucher immediately or at a later date for a new purchase in one of our shops.
You can return your items in two ways:
1. Returns in store (free of charge)
Bring your items to one of our shops in Nazareth, Hasselt or Brussels. This service is completely free of charge.
2. Online returns
Follow these steps to return your items online:
- Send an email to webshop@babyscorner.be with the order details and the item you wish to return.
- We will send you the shipping label.
- Pack your return shipment and affix the shipping label to the parcel.
- Take the parcel to the nearest return point.
- In the event of a refund, we will charge the return cost. The price depends on your location, but is the same as the shipping cost.
Upon receipt of the returned item, the refund amount will be processed as soon as possible, within 14 days at the latest. This includes the time required to process the return shipment, check the condition of the returned item, and complete the refund transaction.
If you purchased the item (in part) with a gift voucher, that amount will be refunded in the form of a new gift voucher.
Of course! If you want to exchange an item, you can exchange the original item free of charge within 14 days in the shop. ☺️ Bring the item with you and we will make sure you receive a different size or product of your choice. Are you exchanging for an item with a higher value? Then you pay the difference on the spot.
If you choose to return the original item by post, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please contact us first at webshop@babyscorner.be to discuss the exchange and receive the necessary instructions. Once we have received the original item, we will send you the new item.

Paying with eco vouchers:
- Products with an eco-label can be paid for in the shop with eco vouchers.
Yes, you can pay online with a gift voucher from The Baby's Corner. ☺️ Our gift vouchers are valid for one year, so you have plenty of time to enjoy them. And if you have multiple gift vouchers, you can use them all during a single purchase.
If you return an item that you purchased with a gift voucher, the amount will be refunded in the form of a new gift voucher.
If you entered a VAT number during checkout, you will automatically receive your invoice within a week of purchase. You can also download the invoice from your account, under the relevant purchase.
Of course! Using a discount code is easy:
- Add the desired products to your shopping basket.
- Proceed to checkout.
- Enter the discount code in the field provided.
- Please verify that the discount is applied correctly.
Please note that discount codes cannot be combined with other offers, promotions or birth list purchases. If the discount code does not work, it may have expired.
